music album, Postcards from the Pandemic, is available for download and for streaming on Spotify Released on July 4, 2021, to celebrate our 20th birthday, Postcards from the Pandemic is the sixth full-length album from indie folk-rock duo Poppermost, and is an 11-song collection of "musical postcards" created mostly during the course of the Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020-21. Alongside one lone Poppermost "retro-flavored" original are covers — re-interpretations of classic songs from: Tom Jones, Grateful Dead, Tom Paxton, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Strawberry Alarm Clock, and Emitt Rhodes, that pay homage to our family, friends, and fans. Postcards from the Pandemic is dedicated to them, with each song representing a special musical bond between Poppermost and the "addressee." |
