Studio: Approximately 700 square feet with hardwood floors, painted
walls and 12-foot finished ceilings. Has heat and A/C.
Warehouse: Minimally-improved space approximately 2,200 square feet.
The floor has been sealed and the walls are painted charcoal and white.
The 25 foot ceiling is unfinished. A 9-foot high curtain can be drawn
to split the room into a 1,000 square foot space and a 1,200 square
foot space. This space will eventually have a stage and stage lights.
It is not heated and only uses a swamp cooler to cool it. The warehouse
is ideal for dance classes, meetings and workshops. It is a good space
for large format industrial photography, or as an open space for model
/ fashion photography. It can also be used as a gallery, photo studio
(for oversized objects) and short-term storage space. There is a
separate lounge for before and after activities, as well as a large
bathroom for changing. There are no shower facilities on-site.
